If the participant learns of a new medical condition, they must inform ZeeTheCook, L, C. Payment will be made in full at the time of registration. The costs of food, recipes and cooking instruction are included in the payment. ZeeTheCook L, L, C has the right to replace food as available.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. MISSED CLASSES WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. The participant must give 24 hours' notice to reschedule a class. The participant can cancel or reschedule a class by providing ZeeTheCook, L, L, C.
All participants must review, sign and date the attached participant disclaimer agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Subject to the restrictions set forth in this document, this Agreement will benefit and be binding on the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties.
